Raymie Venable serves as the Co-Head of School for Academics & Operations at Akiba Yavneh Academy. Since joining the team as Chief Operations Officer in 2024, Raymie has demonstrated exceptional leadership, driving significant improvements in campus operations, staff and student experiences, and family engagement. She has enhanced maintenance responsiveness, elevated the workplace environment, and developed systems that provide families with superior service.

In her current role, Raymie oversees both academics and operations, working closely with principals, student support staff, personalized learning coaches, and faculty from early childhood through high school. She ensures that operational systems and academic programs are fully aligned to deliver rigorous, personalized, and high-quality learning experiences for all students.

With 25 years of experience in educational administration, Raymie brings unparalleled breadth and depth to her role. She has served as principal across elementary, middle, and high school settings and has a proven track record of transforming schools from Pre-K through 12th grade. Her work centers on developing systems that empower teachers, support families, and provide forward-thinking educational experiences. Passionate about mentoring and team development, Raymie creates sustainable structures that ensure long-term success and lasting impact in the communities she serves.
