Ways to Give

Akiba Yavneh Academy Annual Fund

The Akiba Yavneh Academy Annual Fund enables us to deliver on our mission to provide an extraordinary, dual-curriculum day school education to all of our students. It is an essential component of our school’s financial base and the largest source of unrestricted dollars that can be used to support our growing needs.

The Annual Fund supports technology, educational materials, books, athletic programs, professional development, and much, much more. In addition, the Annual Fund subsidizes tuition assistance to the nearly 40% of families for whom Akiba Yavneh Academy is an imperative but whose financial situation might otherwise prevent them from attending.

Funds are raised through an Annual Fund appeal and an event of some type.

To make a donation or learn more about how you can join one of the many groups of supporters and volunteers, please contact the Development Department at 214.295.3500, or at development@akibayavneh.org or CLICK HERE to be directed to our donation page.

Tribute Gift

A tribute donation offers a thoughtful way to celebrate a simcha or express sympathy for a loved one while contributing to Akiba Yavneh Academy’s mission to provide a superior general and Judaic education. An acknowledgement of your donation will be sent to the honoree or the family of the person you are memorializing. CLICK HERE to be directed to our donation page.

Endowment and Planned Giving

The Akiba Yavneh Academy Endowment Fund provides strategic long-term support to sustain our commitment to our mission. An endowment is truly a gift that keeps giving and is a meaningful way to establish a legacy that will support the school for generations to come. The income generated from these funds is used to support projects designated by the donor. Endowed gifts can be made in a variety of ways. An endowment may be created by outright gifts over a number of years or created through bequests, by designating a portion of your estate to Akiba Yavneh for a specified purpose, such as financial assistance, professional development, or programming. Gifts of $25,000 or more may be considered for a named fund.

For more information, please contact the Development Office to make your gift today at 214.295.3400 or development@akibayavneh.org

Matching Gifts

Some employers offer a matching gift program that can increase your already planned gift to Akiba Yavneh many times over.  These programs typically match all or a percentage of your donation if made to an eligible non-profit organization or charity. Please contact your company benefits administrator for more information.

Parnas Hayom

Parnas Hayom, a Day of Learning, is a unique opportunity to dedicate a school day, of your choosing, to honor or remember a loved one, or to celebrate a special occasion such as a Bar/Bat Mitzvah, a birth, or some other notable event. Be a part of this beautiful tradition. Each Judaics teacher will dedicate their lessons accordingly. Each dedication will be prominently displayed on the screens in the AYA Atrium and throughout the Schultz Rosenberg campus, on the AYA website, and in the weekly newsletter.

Through Parnas Hayom, any ordinary day becomes a special day, any ordinary week becomes a special week. A day, $180; a week $360. CLICK HERE or for more information, please contact development@akibayavneh.org
